William G. Bailer is currently the COO of Topf. His background includes over 20 years of experience in the environmental services industries where he specialized in the start up, management and turn around of several environmental, waste treatment and remedial services organizations.

He has been responsible for environmental training initiatives including OSHA, CERCLA, HAZWOPER, and EPA regulations and requirements. In addition, he has senior management responsibility for state and federal permitting and operations at several hazardous, residual, waste-water treatment and transportation facilities.

He comes to Topf with advanced studies in Chemistry and an MBA, and has extensive experience in strategic planning, sales force design and marketing implementation as well as B2B and eCommerce initiatives.

He is very happy and dedicated to bringing the breadth and depth of his marketing, regulatory and safety experience to Topf, the leader in Holistic Integrated Corporate Safety Initiatives.
