VOLUNTARY PROTECTION PROGRAM

(VPP) SERVICES

 

 

1.     Safety Culture Perception Survey & Analysis

  • a 360 ° culture assessment focused on identifying the attitudes, beliefs, behaviors and reality within the organization. The results would be used to gain internal agreement and commitment throughout the VPP certification process.

2.     VPP STAR Gap Assessment

  • An on site evaluation to include interviews of employees at all levels, review of documents and current safety programs. A written gap report with recommendations is the product.

3.     Implementation Guidance

  • Topf Initiatives Senior Facilitators work with your management, safety team and employees to  assist in implementation every step of the way. We are there to address and fill the gaps in your existing the program, assist with the VPP application process provide support and counseling during your OSHA certification visit.

4.     Annual VPP Annual Evaluation 

  • Topf Initiatives can also assist your safety team or site safety coordinator toward success in this required yearly event. We will provide you with a written narrative report covering all elements of the VPP STAR  certification process.
